About: Are you passionate about the culinary industry? This course will provide you with the essential skills and knowledge in food preparation and presentation techniques. You will be able to work in diverse kitchen environments such as restaurants, hotels, pubs, coffee shops and clubs. In addition, you will gain practical experiences to plan, prepare and cook food by being able to meet special dietary requirements, health and safety and hygiene standards.
Admission Requirements: IELTS overall score of 5.5 with no band score less than 5.0.

Title: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
About: Do you want to become a supervisor/team leader cook or chef in a commercial kitchen? This course will enable you to supervise, motivate and lead the kitchen team. You will also gain practical experiences to plan, prepare and cook food by being able to meet special dietary requirements, health and safety and hygiene standards.
Admission Requirements: IELTS overall score of 5.5 with no band score less than 5.0.
Duration: 6 months
Study Pathway: Year 10, 11 or 12 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (12 months) Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (6 months).
Career Opportunities: Commercial Cook (non trade status), Executive Cook (non trade status).
