About: Do you want to develop your career as Pastry Cook? This course will enable you to practice a variety of patisserie techniques in order to bake cakes, tarts and pastries in a patisserie, restaurant or hotel. You will also gain skills and knowledge in kitchen safety rules, food hygiene programs, and first aid. Ultimately, you will implement your financial management skills and workplace conflict management skills in a kitchen environment.
